DreamBranding uses USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping! Once a product is shipped you will be informed with a tracking number. Standard shipping can take from 5-14 business days. If you want to track your package, simply go to USPS.com, UPS.com or FedEx.com depending on your shipping method. For UPS, you can also reach out to them at 800-742-5877. If you have not received your package within the 14 days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. We will be glad to assist you in tracking your package!
DreamBranding uses USPS GlobalPost Standard International for standard shipping. Once a product is shipped you will be informed with a tracking number. Standard shipping could take 30 - 60 business days. If you want to track your package, you can try using goglobalpost.com, parcelsapp.com, asendiausa.com, or your country's post office website (Royal Mail for UK, Canada Post for Canada, PostNL, for The Netherlands, etc). If the 60 business days have passed and you have still not received your package nor have you seen any updates in your tracking information, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?
Shipments are processed Monday-Friday, except for US national and government holidays. While we strive to have all orders received during business hours processed as quickly as possible, our standard cutoff for same-day shipping is 11:00am EST. Standard USPS shipments are processed as quickly as possible. If you have not received an order confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other shipping options for expedited delivery are available for additional charges that are created by the shipper of choice.
What is our Cancellation Policy?
This website is operated by Dreambranding.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dreambranding.com. Dreambranding allows for order cancellation within 12 hours of order placement.
What is our Return and Exchange Policy?
Dreambranding allows for free standard shipping on domestic returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your order for a refund. If the error was not caused by Dreambranding, only the cost of the merch will be refunded.
A refund of any sort can only be processed within 90 days of shipping the order.
We do not process EXCHANGES. To complete an exchange, return your unwanted product and place a new order for the wanted product.
Returns cannot be worn or damaged. Once your return is received, it may take 7-10 business days to process and refund your purchase. Credit card companies may take an additional 2-3 business days or longer to make your return funds available. You will be notified via email when a refund is being issued. If the reason for the return is not due to an error from Dreambranding, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. If there was an error from Dreambranding, the cost of both merchandise and shipping will be refunded.

Unfortunately, on international orders, we are unable to provide a pre-paid return label. As a result, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping BUT, we will refund the full cost of the returned merch and, if the error was caused by Dreambranding, the shipping costs from your original order. LOST IN TRANSIT/RETURNED TO SENDER POLICIES
⦁ Lost in transit orders:
Orders that become lost in transit must be reported to customer support within 3 months for domestic orders, and 5 months for international orders for a resolution to be provided. If an order becomes lost in transit, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method.
⦁ Returned to sender orders:
Orders that are returned to sender will receive a refund for the merchandise only once we receive and review the order upon itsreturn to us. If the reason it was returned to sender is due to a Dreambranding error, we will provide a full refund.
Depending on the specific situation, a reshipment may be offered for lost orders. A reshipment may be offered for orders returned to sender if the order has not been damaged and an updated address has been provided. A reshipment fee will be charged for non-Dreambranding errors.
